Ethical Use Policy

By checking the acceptance box on the login page and accessing this platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with TECH HAUS, also operating under the unjail.ai domain, and its operators, owners, members, employees, contributors, and affiliates (collectively "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to every term in this policy, do not access the platform.

This agreement is effective as of the date you first access the platform and remains in effect for as long as you use or maintain an account on the platform. Your continued use after any update to this policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By accessing this platform, you consent to receive all communications from TECH HAUS electronically, including notices, agreements, disclosures, and policy updates. You agree that all electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You acknowledge that the techniques described on this platform involve adversarial methods that could be misused. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risk associated with accessing, learning, and applying this knowledge. TECH HAUS does not control, monitor, or bear any responsibility for how you choose to use this information after accessing it.

You further acknowledge that the consequences of applying these techniques to systems you are not authorized to test may include civil liability, criminal prosecution, and permanent bans from third-party services. TECH HAUS is not responsible for any such consequences.

TECH HAUS claims no ownership of and bears no responsibility for any AI-generated outputs produced by users, regardless of whether platform techniques were used to produce them. You are solely responsible for any harm caused by any person to whom you communicate, teach, or demonstrate techniques learned from this platform.

THIS PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

TECH HAUS makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currentness, or suitability of any content for any purpose. We do not warrant that techniques will produce specific results, that content is error-free, that the platform will be available without interruption, or that defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECH HAUS, ITS OPERATORS, OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM; ANY ACTIONS YOU TAKE BASED ON PLATFORM CONTENT; UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT ON OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM; OR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR HARM RESULTING FROM THE APPLICATION OF TECHNIQUES DESCRIBED ON THIS PLATFORM. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF TECH HAUS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of TECH HAUS for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you paid for platform access in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

TECH HAUS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or denial-of-service attacks.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TECH HAUS, its operators, owners, members, employees, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising from or related to: your use of the platform or its content; your violation of this policy; your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; any claim that your use of platform knowledge caused damage to a third party; or any outputs you produce using knowledge or techniques from this platform.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your access to the platform and shall remain in full force and effect regardless of the reason for termination.

TECH HAUS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party AI provider, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, or any other service. All third-party product names, trademarks, and service marks referenced on this platform are the property of their respective owners.

Any interaction you have with third-party AI systems using knowledge from this platform is governed solely by that provider's own terms of service. TECH HAUS bears no responsibility for consequences arising from your interactions with any third-party service, including account suspensions, bans, or legal actions taken by those providers.

All platform content, including frameworks, documentation, tools, workshop materials, source code, and design elements, is the intellectual property of TECH HAUS and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

Your access grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for individual educational use only. This license does not include the right to sublicense, share credentials, or provide access to unauthorized third parties.

When you sign in through Discord OAuth, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. This information is stored in our database to manage your account and verify your access status. We do not request or receive your email address, messages, or server activity from Discord. The lawful basis for processing this data is the performance of our contract with you (this agreement) and our legitimate interest in platform security.

This platform uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication, session security, and access verification. These cookies are httpOnly, contain no personally identifiable information beyond encrypted session tokens, and cannot be read by third-party scripts. No advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies are used.

Platform content may include invisible watermarks that encode your user identifier for the purpose of tracing unauthorized redistribution. The lawful basis for watermarking is our legitimate interest in protecting intellectual property. We also monitor usage patterns for security purposes, including detecting anomalous access behavior. This monitoring is used solely for platform protection and is not sold to or shared with third parties.

We use third-party service providers to operate this platform, including Supabase (authentication and database hosting) and Vercel (application hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments and are not authorized to use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

Your identifiable account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting TECH HAUS through the Discord server or by emailing [email protected]. Upon deletion, your user record and associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot be traced to an individual may be retained indefinitely.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data under GDPR, UK GDPR, or the CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, port your data, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. TECH HAUS will not deny you access to the platform, charge you different prices, or provide you with a different level of service because you exercised any of your privacy rights under the CCPA or any other applicable law.

The techniques documented on this platform are based on published academic research and real-world security testing. Their inclusion is educational and does not constitute endorsement, encouragement, or instruction to misuse. The detailed documentation of adversarial methods serves a legitimate educational purpose: effective defense requires thorough understanding of offensive techniques.

TECH HAUS does not provide legal, professional, or compliance advice. Nothing on this platform should be construed as legal counsel or a determination that any specific activity is lawful in your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified attorney before engaging in any security testing activities.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate and permanent revocation of platform access without refund or prior notice. TECH HAUS reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and third parties investigating potential violations of law related to your use of this platform. We may disclose your account information and usage data in response to valid legal process.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate your access at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to suspected policy violations.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to this policy, your use of the platform, or the relationship between you and TECH HAUS shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

Arbitration shall be conducted in the English language by a single arbitrator in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). If the AAA is unavailable, arbitration shall proceed under the rules of another nationally recognized arbitration organization mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision. The arbitrator's decision shall be final, binding, and non-appealable, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING OF ANY KIND. YOU FURTHER WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify and remain in that court.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for any actions not subject to arbitration.

If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to reflect the original intent of the parties to the maximum extent possible.

The failure of TECH HAUS to enforce any right or provision of this policy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision shall be effective only if in writing and signed by TECH HAUS.

The following sections shall survive any termination or expiration of this agreement: Section 4 (Prohibited Use), Section 5 (User Representations and Warranties), Section 6 (Assumption of Risk), Section 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties), Section 8 (Limitation of Liability), Section 9 (Indemnification), Section 10 (Third-Party Services), Section 11 (Intellectual Property), Section 12 (Privacy and Data), Section 13 (Content Disclaimer), Section 14 (Enforcement), Section 15 (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration), Section 16 (Governing Law), this Section 17 (Severability and Waiver), and Section 19 (Payment and Refunds).

This policy, together with any additional terms presented at the time of purchase or registration, constitutes the entire agreement between you and TECH HAUS regarding the use of this platform. It supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this policy.

This policy does not create any third-party beneficiary rights. No person or entity other than the parties to this agreement may enforce any of its terms. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this policy without prior written consent from TECH HAUS. TECH HAUS may assign its rights and obligations under this policy without restriction.

All sales are final. Fees paid for platform access are non-refundable. TECH HAUS does not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated reimbursements for any reason, including early termination of access, account suspension for policy violations, or dissatisfaction with platform content. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
